By purchasing or using FinanceOS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use FinanceOS on one (1) device. The license key is bound to the device on which it is first activated.
FinanceOS is licensed for use by a single business entity for internal financial tracking purposes. You may not sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, or share your license key with any third party.
You may not: (a) copy or redistribute the software; (b) modify, reverse engineer or decompile the software; (c) use the software for any unlawful purpose; (d) share your license key with other businesses or individuals.
FinanceOS is sold as a one-time purchase. Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.
License holders receive free updates for 1 year from the date of purchase. After this period, the software continues to function but will not receive new features or updates without purchasing a new license.
FinanceOS stores all business data locally on your device. We do not collect, store or access your business financial data. License activation requires an internet connection and communicates only your license key and device identifier to our servers.
FinanceOS is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted. FinanceOS is a business management tool and is not a substitute for professional accounting or tax advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AR Akron Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of FinanceOS.
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Athens, Greece.
