When you purchase FinanceOS, we collect: your name, email address, and payment information (processed securely by Lemon Squeezy). During license activation, we collect a device identifier to bind your license to your device.
We do NOT collect any of your business financial data. All revenue, expense, supplier and payroll data entered in FinanceOS is stored locally on your device only.
We use your information to: (a) process your purchase and deliver your license key; (b) send you important updates about your license; (c) provide customer support; (d) prevent license fraud and unauthorized sharing.
Your business data entered in FinanceOS is stored exclusively in your browser's local storage on your own device. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.
Your purchase information (name, email, license key) is stored securely in our database hosted on Supabase, with industry-standard encryption.
Lemon Squeezy — our payment processor. They handle all payment data. See their privacy policy at lemonsqueezy.com/privacy.
Supabase — our database provider for license management. Data is stored in EU servers.
Google Analytics — we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website and app. This service collects: your IP address (anonymized), browser type, pages visited, time spent on pages, and general location (city/country level). You can opt out of Google Analytics by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. No personally identifiable information is collected through Analytics.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to: process your payment (Lemon Squeezy), provide the service (Supabase), or analyze website usage (Google Analytics).
